Copyright Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all original content available on this website, including but not limited to Live2D VTuber models, character artwork, model designs, rigging, animations, preview images, videos, animated backgrounds, accessories, graphics, logos, written descriptions, and downloadable files, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Copyright may be owned by 2DLiveModel Studio, the credited artist, the credited Live2D rigger, or another authorized rights holder.
Purchasing a product grants the buyer only the usage rights described in the applicable product license. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original artwork, character design, Live2D model files, rigging files, animations, or other included assets unless a separate written copyright transfer agreement has been provided.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, resale, sharing, uploading, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of content from this website is prohibited unless expressly permitted under the applicable product license.
Unauthorized use of our products, product images, preview videos, character designs, model files, animated backgrounds, or other protected materials may result in takedown requests, platform reports, termination of access, refusal of future service, or legal action where appropriate.
Product Licenses
Each product is provided under the license stated on its product page or in the files included with the purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a product does not give the buyer permission to:
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original artwork, design, animation, or rigging.
- Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or transfer the original product files.
- Sell access to purchased files.
- Use the files to create competing products for resale.
- Extract or separately use artwork, textures, rigging, animations, expressions, backgrounds, or other included assets outside the permissions stated in the applicable license.
- Copy or reproduce the character design for resale, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial use.
Additional permissions may require a separate written license or commercial agreement.

- Resell, redistribute, share, trade, gift, transfer, or upload purchased model files or other downloadable files.

- Use our products in unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or intentionally harmful activities.
Artist and Rigger Rights
Certain products available through 2DLiveModel Studio are created in collaboration with independent artists and Live2D riggers.
Depending on the applicable agreement, copyright ownership may remain with:
- The original artist.
- The Live2D rigger.
- 2DLiveModel Studio.
The name of an artist or rigger may be shown on the product page for credit and attribution purposes.
Artist or rigger credit does not give customers permission to copy, redistribute, imitate, modify, or commercially exploit the creator’s work outside the permissions granted by the applicable product license.
Purchasing a model does not automatically include the original PSD file, Live2D source file, .cmo3 file, or other production files unless those files are specifically listed as included.
