Premade Vtuber Model
How do I download my purchase?
After completing your order, you will receive access to the digital files or a document containing the download link. Please make sure you are signed in with the email address used for your purchase.
I only received a PDF file. Where is the model?
Some products include a document containing a Google Drive download link. Open the document and use the link inside to download the full model files.
The Google Drive link is not working. What should I do?
Please contact us with your order number and the product name. We will check the link and help you access the files.
Can I download my purchase again later?
Yes. Please keep your order confirmation and download link in a safe place. If you lose access, contact us with your order details.
Model Use
Can I use the model for monetized streaming?
Yes. You may use the model for streaming and content creation on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and similar platforms, including monetized content, advertisements, donations, and memberships.
Are premade models exclusive?
No. Unless a product is specifically listed as exclusive, premade models are non-exclusive and may be purchased and used by multiple customers.
Can I recolor the model?
You may use the color adjustment features available in VTube Studio for personal recoloring. PSD or source files are not included unless clearly stated in the product description.
Can I add VTube Studio accessories?
Yes. VTube Studio accessories and props may be added for personal use.
Can I share the model files with a friend or team member?
No. One purchase is licensed to one user. Reselling, redistributing, sharing, or re-uploading the model files is not permitted.
Can I use the model in AI applications or chatbots?
No. Use in AI-powered applications, chatbot software, interactive AI systems, or AI training is not permitted.
Files & Compatibility
What files are included?
The included files vary by product. Please check the product description carefully for the exact contents, such as the rigged Live2D model, backgrounds, illustrations, expressions, accessories, or setup instructions.
Are PSD or cmo3 files included?
PSD and cmo3 source files are not included with most premade models unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
Which software should I use?
Our Live2D models are primarily designed for VTube Studio. Compatibility with other applications is not guaranteed.
Can I use the model on a phone?
Some models may work on supported mobile devices, but larger models may exceed mobile texture or performance limits. Desktop use is recommended for the best experience.
Are hotkeys included?
Most models include a hotkey list or setup guide. Please check the downloaded files for instructions.
Refunds & Support
Do you accept refunds?
Because these are digital products that cannot be returned, refunds are generally not available after the files or download link have been delivered. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
What if the files are missing or damaged?
Please contact us with your order number and product name. We will help replace missing files or resolve download issues.
How long does customer support take?
We usually respond within 1–3 business days.
Exclusive Models
What does “exclusive model” mean?
An exclusive model is sold to only one customer. Once purchased, it will be removed from sale and will not be sold to another user.
Is commercial use included with an exclusive model?
Standard commercial use for monetized streaming and content creation is included. You may use the model on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and similar platforms, including income from advertisements, donations, memberships, and subscriptions.
What is the Full Commercial License?
A Full Commercial License is available for an additional $250 USD. It permits broader commercial use of the model, including use in AI-powered software, chatbot applications, interactive AI systems, games, apps, advertising projects, and other commercial products or services.
The Full Commercial License does not transfer the original copyright or authorship of the artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reselling or redistributing the original model files as standalone assets is not permitted.
Is AI use allowed?
AI-related use is not included with the standard license. Use in AI-powered software, chatbot systems, interactive AI applications, or similar projects requires the additional $250 Full Commercial License.
Are the Live2D source files included?
No. The editable Live2D modeling source file is not included with the standard purchase.
Can I purchase the Live2D source file?
Yes. The editable Live2D source file, such as the .cmo3 file, may be purchased for an additional $250 USD, when available.
The source file is provided for editing, maintenance, and further model development. It may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or uploaded as a standalone asset.
Does purchasing the source file include the Full Commercial License?
No. The source file add-on and the Full Commercial License are separate:
- Full Commercial License: +$250 USD
- Live2D source file: +$250 USD
- Both add-ons: +$500 USD
Can another rigger edit the model after I purchase the source file?
Yes. You may provide the source file to a commissioned artist or rigger only when necessary for work on your model. They may not retain, reuse, redistribute, or resell the files.
Custom Commissions
Do you accept custom commissions?
Yes. Custom commission availability depends on the artist and current workload. Please submit a commission inquiry with your character references, preferred art style, and project requirements.
Can I request a specific artist?
Yes. You may request a specific artist, but availability is not guaranteed.
Does a custom commission include both art and rigging?
This depends on the selected package. Full-service commissions may include both character artwork and Live2D rigging. The exact deliverables will be confirmed before payment.
Can I commission a new outfit or accessory for an existing model?
In some cases, yes. Compatibility depends on the original model files and the requested design. Please contact us for a quote.
